DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS

For preventative maintenance, (i.e.: oil changes, tire replacements/rotations, brakes, or items listed in the attached preventative maintenance schedule please bring to an approved national vendor for service.

Warranty Work

For warranty work or non-preventative maintenance, please return to an authorized dealer.

GLASS

For glass repairs, please contact your manager for approval.

We understand that during your time with our vehicle, maintenance may be needed. Our company uses Fuelman Maintenance, Powered by CarAdvise to make this easier and prevents you from having to pay out of pocket for any maintenance or repairs.

Please show the membership card linked below at any of our partner shops below, they are to Process your order in the Auto Integrate system under the CarAdvise Fleet.

INVOICES

Submit a timely invoice. Any invoice submitted more than 150 calendar days beyond the service date will not be approved.

INCLUDE

Reference at minimum the PO Number, VIN, Mileage & Model with each invoice submitted.

What to do in case of an accident

  • Notify police and obtain accident report
  • Seek medical help for injured parties
  • do not admit fault
  • OBTAIN driver insurance from any witness and/or injured parties
  • CHECK for/obtain information from any witness and/or injured parties
  • CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY to file a claim
  • CONFIRM repair shop prior

PLEASE NOTE: Accidents are to be reported to AP Fleet within 24 hours or the next business day.

Additional condition report may be required.

 

Factory Warranty

Please return to your local authorized dealer for repairs if vehicle falls within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Any incurred toll charges are automatically paid for via AP Toll Guard Program. All charges will be billed back with an administrative fee(s).

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO OBTAIN TRANSPONDERS FOR YOUR VEHICLES IF YOU ARE FREQUENTLY TRAVELLING ON TOLL ROADS.


MISCELLANEOUS VIOLATIONS

Any incurred violations are automatically paid upon receipt. All charges will be billed back with an administrative fee(s).
